š About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Data Analyst to join our global talent network and support U.S.-based developers on outsourced projects (full or partial delivery).
In this role, you will work closely with experienced U.S. engineers to build, maintain, and optimize data systems across a variety of industries including SaaS, healthcare, logistics, and AI-driven platforms.
This is a remote-first opportunity, open to candidates in LATAM, Eastern Europe, Maldives, Egypt, and Turkey.
š¼ Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines Work with U.S.-based developers to deliver outsourced data solutions Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights Develop and optimize ETL / ELT processes Collaborate on data modeling, warehousing, and reporting Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance Communicate clearly with distributed teams (async + meetings) Support both full project ownership or partial contributions
ā Requirements Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher) 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data analytics Ability to work independently in a remote, global team Experience collaborating with international teams Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Data Engineering: Python (Pandas, PySpark) SQL (advanced queries, optimization) Apache Spark / Databricks Airflow / Prefect (workflow orchestration)
Data Warehousing: Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift Data modeling (star schema, medallion architecture)
Cloud Platforms: AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda) Azure (Data Factory, Synapse) GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow)
Analytics & BI: Power BI / Tableau / Looker Excel / Google Sheets (advanced usage)
Other Tools: dbt (data transformation) Git / GitHub / GitLab Docker (basic containerization)
ā Bonus (Nice to Have) Experience working with U.S.-based developers or clients Background in domains like healthcare, logistics, or fintech Familiarity with real-time data processing (Kafka, Pulsar) Experience with AI/ML data pipelines Understanding of APIs and data integrations
