🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Data Analyst to join our global talent network and support U.S.-based developers on outsourced projects (full or partial delivery).

In this role, you will work closely with experienced U.S. engineers to build, maintain, and optimize data systems across a variety of industries including SaaS, healthcare, logistics, and AI-driven platforms.

This is a remote-first opportunity, open to candidates in LATAM, Eastern Europe, Maldives, Egypt, and Turkey.

💼 Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines Work with U.S.-based developers to deliver outsourced data solutions Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights Develop and optimize ETL / ELT processes Collaborate on data modeling, warehousing, and reporting Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance Communicate clearly with distributed teams (async + meetings) Support both full project ownership or partial contributions

✅ Requirements Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher) 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data analytics Ability to work independently in a remote, global team Experience collaborating with international teams Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
