## 🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a **Senior AI/ML Engineer** to join our global talent network and collaborate with experienced U.S.-based developers on outsourced projects (full or partial delivery). In this role, you will design, build, and optimize AI/ML solutions across a variety of industries including SaaS, healthcare, logistics, and AI-driven platforms. This is a **remote-first opportunity**, open to candidates based in **LATAM, Eastern Europe, Maldives, Egypt, and Turkey**.

## 💼 Responsibilities

- Design and develop machine learning and AI solutions end-to-end - Collaborate with U.S.-based developers to deliver outsourced AI features - Build and optimize ML pipelines (training, evaluation, deployment) - Work on real-world use cases like NLP, recommendation systems, forecasting, and automation - Integrate AI/ML models into production systems (APIs, microservices) - Handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning - Ensure model performance, scalability, and monitoring in production - Communicate clearly with distributed teams (async + meetings) - Contribute to both full project ownership or partial feature delivery

## ✅ Requirements

- Strong English communication skills (**C1 level or higher**) - 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or related field - Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data pipelines - Experience working in distributed or remote teams - Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
